Osborne Management Ltd

Osborne Management Ltd (OML) is a private limited company managed by unpaid volunteer Trustees who wish to help the community, manage costs, and ensure that the high standards of the estate are maintained and enhanced.

The Trustees of OML, who between them have professional, technical, and administrative expertise, meet several times a year. Each Trustee has responsibility for an area such as finance, maintenance, gardens, or strategy. There are a maximum of seven Trustees, elected at the company’s Annual General Meeting. Please respect the Trustees’ privacy by contacting them only through the channels mentioned above.

OML retains a Managing Agent responsible for the day-to-day management of the estate. The Managing Agent is your point of contact for all estate and property-related matters (e.g. maintenance). The service provided by the Managing Agent is reviewed regularly, and includes collection and administration of the Service Charge, estate maintenance, operation of the Board’s financial and insurance systems, legal matters, and general administration.
